The Fossil Shell Tray is a glass tray created using the slumping technique. This technique involves shaping glass by allowing it to slump and conform to the intricacies of the mold, which is reminiscent of the characteristics of fossils.
The inner surface of the tray features wrinkles and organic shapes, with detailed elements. In contrast, the outer frame and silhouette maintain a refined form, ensuring that it blends well with any space while preserving its character. As the first object in the Fossil series, it reinterprets the sculptural features found in shells through the unique design language of Toyo Gagu Club .
