The artwork 무쇠 (Wood+Iron) is a modern interpretation of the traditional Korean side table called 서안 (Seoan). It incorporates elements of well-tempered chair from Ron Arad , particularly the curved features, into the basic design while transforming the traditional shape into a fresh and contemporary form. The use of black Ebonizing finish adds a subdued yet sophisticated color palette to the piece.
This side table is designed to serve various functions based on the needs of user, making it a versatile object that can also be appreciated as a work of art.
