The rechargeable LED table lamp makes use of leftover leather scraps from factories. Most of these leftover leather scraps are typically discarded or incinerated. We wanted to showcase that even the tiniest leather scraps can be utilized as a wonderful material, eliminating unnecessary waste.
The process involves sorting the leather scraps by color, shredding them, and then utilizing natural materials to create the lampshade shape without the use of adhesives or bonding agents. By repurposing discarded leather scraps, we aim to create a lampshade with vibrant and playful colors and an interesting texture on the surface, hoping that many people will appreciate this sustainable approach.
