We designed and created a modular shelf and a side table that can also function as a stool, both using conduit pipes. The modular shelf was designed to incorporate conduit pipes as a key element of the furniture, combining them with aluminum profiles to create a product that is eco-friendly, durable, and expandable. The joint blocks and brackets connecting the conduit pipes and profiles were developed using in-house design technology, allowing for easy assembly and potential expansion.

The side table features a large conduit pipe as its base, with a removable top. It also offers storage space and can occasionally be used as a stool when a cushion is placed on top.

The illustration portrays the harmony and coexistence of people, nature, and the universe in everyday life, expressed in a witty and surreal way. The two selves within me, filled with countless concerns (represented as dots), are observed by another set of eyes (representing nature) from the outside. Like distant points in the universe, all these concerns are ultimately insignificant, mere dots.

These dots, in another sense, transform into seeds scattered by a butterfly, which then grow into flowers. Birds then soar over the fields, and people become beings of limitless freedom as if carried by the wind.

Ultimately, we live as small parts of nature, breathing within it. The eco-friendly materials used in the products, both in essence and meaning, align with the idea of humans and nature coexisting in harmony.

The resulting furniture, such as the illustrated stools, naturally integrates art into everyday life through product design, enriching our lives. The thoughtful, long-term use of such items, which reflect personal taste, will have a positive impact on the environment in a larger sense. I believe this is the core concept behind the products.

Mosscape is a modular moss planter made from PLA using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing technology. The base adopts a regular hexagonal shape, featuring triangular grid compartments that provide dedicated spaces for moss to grow. Each compartment has perforated bottoms, allowing moss to anchor its roots securely and absorb moisture through evaporation.
Through parametric design, Mosscape offers various surface inclinations resembling natural terrains, creating diverse volumes when assembled.
The use of biodegradable PLA, which leaves no microplastics, underscores the product's eco-friendly nature. Combined with the aesthetic appeal of terrarium-inspired designs commonly used for desk décor, Mosscape highlights both sustainability and style.
The panel-based modular structure extends its utility beyond simple desktop decoration, making it suitable for a variety of interior design applications.
Moreover, leveraging 3D printing technology eliminates the need for molds, enabling on-demand production and adding a significant competitive edge.

Mono-Poly is a stool and lighting object designed around the concept of translating brutalist architecture into furniture. Comprised of eight stools, Mono-Poly stacks vertically around a center located LED stand, maximizing space efficiency when not in use. The stools' geometric yet simple structure allows for versatile configurations and arrangements. When stacked, the gaps between the stool legs create a linear light effect in the surrounding area. Emphasizing its structural aesthetics, the neutral finish ensures that the stacked form contrasts with the light, allowing it to be perceived as a modern sculptural object.

By reinterpreting items steeped in Korea's long history, we have developed a product set focused on providing ultimate relaxation at home.

1. Pillow & Pillow Cover
The cervical pillow is designed in the shape of a pentagonal column, inspired by the traditional Korean colors of Obangsaek (five colors) and Ogansaek (a related palette derived from Obangsaek). It incorporates red, blue, green, yellow, and purple. The pillow is crafted to align with the natural curvature of the neck, promoting restful sleep and effective cervical spine alignment.

2. Sleep Boots
The sleep boots are inspired by the traditional Korean "beoseon" (socks) and "mokhwa-shin" (slippers), designed as a set with the cervical pillow. These boots offer a cozy indoor footwear option for winter, helping with cold feet, while emphasizing the beauty of traditional Korean color combinations and graceful curves.

The goal of this project was to develop a new concept for a perfumed object by blending olfactory elements with other sensory experiences. This kit combines a fragranced object infused with natural scents with a wind chime that produces sound when touched by the wind. The mobile-like design adds visual interest, while the DIY element enhances the sensory experience in multiple ways.

Crafted from eco-friendly materials, the product features a paper fragrance tag infused with fragrance oils, providing a lightweight and versatile expression. With a fresh, invigorating base scent, users can customize the mobile by layering additional single scents, such as mandarin, lavender, patchouli, and geranium, on the fragrance tags.

The packaging is minimal and simple, using FSC-certified paper and eco-friendly bags instead of plastic. It also includes recyclable elements, giving the overall design an environmentally conscious touch.

Dune is a word that refers to a sand hill. Inspired by this concept, we created the Dune collection, a desk organizer shaped like sand dunes crafted from elastic and colorful eco-friendly vegan leather.
While showcasing the material’s natural beauty, the design also incorporates industrial elements commonly used in leathercraft to improve efficiency and streamline production.
This approach enables mass production, while the DIY format simplifies assembly and reduces shipping materials. The leather can be customized to suit individual preferences and will develop a unique patina over time, enhancing its character.

Rush Era means "an era washed ashore by the sea." It is a brand of furniture handles and design accessories based on the imaginative concept of plastic waste carried to the shore merging with ocean creatures and evolving into new forms.

The brand envisions a fusion of plastic debris and marine life, creating a unique and compelling narrative. This collaborative product, made from recycled plastic, incorporates intriguing and playful elements while subtly criticizing our generation's reality regarding plastic waste.

Inspired by the shapes of sea creatures like shells, jellyfish, and coral, as well as different forms of ocean waste, we developed nine prototype handles and accessories. These prototypes will be showcased in this exhibition, applied to furniture and objects to demonstrate their practical use.

The project was conceived with the goal of redesigning how we perceive clocks. Most clocks direct the viewer's gaze toward the upper wall or the surface of the table, while desk clocks typically present the time by facing the viewer directly.

A front-facing clock appears more like a two-dimensional graphic rather than a three-dimensional object. However, by positioning the clock vertically, we create a dynamic, three-dimensional experience for the viewer.

The Vertical Clock introduces a fun visual element, with the hour and minute hands rotating vertically as three-dimensional objects. The design highlights the clock as an object that sparks imagination, evoking images like the movement of the sun over a mountain or the rotation of planets.

Additionally, the size and structure of the vertical object have been carefully considered to ensure stability on a table, providing visual balance even with frequent hand movements.

The Leaf Bowl was inspired by the shapes and phenomena found in nature. When reflecting on the purpose and origins of bowls, it’s interesting to note that, in the past, leaves were often used to wrap and store food, serving a similar function to that of a bowl. By observing the curves of leaves and petals, I simplified their soft shapes and stems to create the design.
Additionally, inspired by how leaves and petals tremble in the wind, I incorporated a sensory element into the bowl, so that when food is placed inside, the bowl subtly vibrates.
When plating liquid dishes, the escaping juice follows the shape of the stem, creating new colors and patterns on the bowl. Through its fundamental form and the enhanced experience of dining, I believe the Leaf Bowl can offer a new value in ceramic tableware.
