This storage box is made from discarded pieces of natural leather and leftover copper sheets, crafted through a spinning process. It is ideal for storing jewelry, car keys, glasses, and other small items, protecting them from scratches while adding a luxurious touch to interiors with its diverse and rich color palette.
The design is inspired by curving landscapes shaped by the erosive power of waves, reflecting nature's transformative beauty. Just as erosion reshapes terrain to create new forms of beauty, we strive to discover new design values in discarded materials, celebrating the inherent elegance of nature.
The flowing curves, inspired by natural erosion processes, are expressed through the use of soft leather. This effect is achieved using a wet-forming technique, where moistened leather is fixed into a mold, dried, and shaped to accentuate the organic flexibility and smoothness of the curves.
