Blur a table to make it more attractive

Collaboration: K.J design, Sofashop and Samstag Studio
2023-11-1638

The Blur Table is a table that applies the technique of blurring the stored objects using opaque acrylic, which means "blurred". By placing objects of different shapes and colors according to the user's preference, it enhances visual enjoyment and storage efficiency. The exterior of the product uses trendy colors and patterns by applying eco-friendly paints, and the back color of the objects is the same color as the exterior of the product so that they can be visually hidden if necessary. The product is available in two types: wood and ABS.

"One of the things we've always struggled with is design. As we produced and distributed similar products in the existing furniture market, we were thirsty for originality and aesthetics, and this DD Design Launching Fair matching collaboration allowed us to approach design in a different way. As a result, we were able to create an aesthetically pleasing and original concept product through collaboration with Samstag Studio, and we are planning to commercialize this result. With this collaboration as a cornerstone, we are once again reminded of the need for design R&D development."

"The idea behind the collaboration was to bring design to a saturated furniture market that offers affordability and convenience for consumers. When we proposed our design approach and various concepts and materials, they were always receptive to our suggestions, while at the same time passing on their know-how on processing methods. Through this, we were able to create original and aesthetic products that have not been on the market before. We hope that this collaboration will be an opportunity for us to continue to create a product line for the next generation."
