All forms in nature are irregular and
different, but they are organized through certain rules. Humans find them
beautiful and record them in a variety of ways, and this vase, with its unusual
appearance at first glance, is based on the motif of a contour line that
transforms three-dimensional nature into a two-dimensional plane. The designer
wanted to make the sculptural features meaningful, so he chose the contours of
Dokdo Island and simplified the height and width of the contours. The vase's
stunning silhouette allows it to be used not only as a vase but also as a part
of interior design.

"We collaborated with Small Splash at
last year's DDP Design Launching Fair, and we learned a lot from the process of
exploring sculptural design together. As an extension of that, we decided to
participate in this year's DDP Design Launching Fair to continue our
experimental work on sculpture."

"We first met and worked with Park
Junhee Ceramics at the DDP Design Launching Fair in 2022. We were able to get a
positive response by experimenting with new forms and designing and making
products that could incorporate those forms together. This collaboration will
continue our experimental work on new forms for ceramic products. We are aiming
to eventually open a booth and sell them."
