    Introduction

    BDCI is a multidisciplinary industrial design firm based in Seoul, South Korea.
    Currently, BDCI is working on design projects about household goods, home appliances, lighting, and innovative medical and technology products that propose proactive and unique emotional experiences based on technology.
    We are interested in using both digital and physical methods to ensure that extraordinary experiences can be communicated, realized, and used in everyday life. Beyond technology and functionality, we value users' emotions, the communication between users and objects and their relationship with the environment.
    Our current work connects and fuses design and art as well as design and craft. This is specially done through our ongoing exploration of users' emotions, materials, and light.

    Brand story

    Sharing BDCI's unique design perspective and sensibility, the brand Couture seeks to combine an industrial design approach with a sophisticated and beautiful craft production process, designing products with the highest level of detail and craftsmanship through a made-to-order approach.
    Lullaby is a new concept of bedside lighting that uses an emotive AI to resonates with a modern user's emotions. The AI helps assess and determine the light, energy, and ambient brightness needed for tranquility.
    Lullaby's concept is that of a small light by my bedside that welcomes and protects me, begins to glow on its own when the sun sets and it gets dark, welcomes me when I return home, and keeps me company with a glow more serene than that of a candle until I peacefully drift off to sleep. The Lullaby lamp can freely be installed in any living space. Then, at the crack of dawn, Lullaby gently wakes me up if programmed to and gently waits until evening to repeat the same routine.
    This wireless charging lamp is a blend of craft and design, with minimal internal plastic parts and soft see-through material that makes it lightweight, transformable, and beautifully decorative in your living space.
    Lullaby also offers a new charging experience. There is no need to plug the lamp or have to fiddle with cords.
