Introduction

We design for the sake of sustainable living. We create sustainable value by designing using the appropriate technology as well as using discarded resources and working with marginalized members of society.

- Aesthetics of Subtraction: We design eco-friendly products and provide services that utilize minimal resources and appropriate technologies. The entire life cycle of a product is considered from a sustainability perspective, from materials to end-of-life disposal.

+ Aesthetics of addition: We recognize the artistic flair of young adults with developmental disabilities and see them as contributing members to society's diversity. We encourage economic activity and grow together through non-discrimination in employment on the basis of disability and fair revenue sharing with artists with developmental disabilities.

Brand story

The G-Stand is a series of stands that uses Grape Lab's signature design, which transforms a single sheet of paper into a sturdy stand using only folding technology. No chemicals like coatings or glues are used. Hence, once discarded, the item can easily return to nature since it is made from recycled paper, making it even more eco-friendly.
The single sheet of paper makes the item lightweight, easy to fold, and carry. The unique folding design distributes weight evenly, so a laptop stand weighing a mere 45 grams can support a 10kg item.
