Dot-Dashed Rubber Bands represent differences in elasticity with the spacing of dots and dashes on the band. With this design, you can instantly gauge the level of elasticity without having to stretch it manually. The idea of being able to finely choose the elasticity you need provides a sense of reassurance. Moreover, is not it just fun that the rubber band is dotted and dashed? This design adds an element of excitement to the world of loose rubber bands, injecting some tension into it.
