The motif of this tray was inspired by the similarity of fossils, as the glass sheet sinks when molded using the slumping technique and the features that emerge are stamped into the details of the mold. While the inner surface of the tray is wrinkled and detailed with organic shapes, the outer frame and silhouette of the tray has a refined shape that blends well into any space. The Fossil Shell Tray is the first object in the Fossil series, reinterpreting the feel of old fossils into a modern and simple design with Toyo Gagu Club's unique design language. The clean and transparent Fossil Shell Tray will make a statement wherever it is placed.
